• ergonovine + phenylephrine: concurrent use of this medication may result in increased hypertensive effects • paragyline + phenylephrine: concurrent use of this medication may result in hypertensive crisis • guanethidine + phenylephrine: concurrent use of this medication may result in hypertension or arrhythmias • propranolol + phenylephrine: concurrent use of this medication may result in increased blood pressure • atropine + paracetamol: concurrent use of this medication may decrease the gastrointestinal absorption of paracetamol by reducing gastric motility and delaying gastric emptying • dapsone + paracetamol: concurrent use of this medication may cause a condition called methemoglobinemia that reduces the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood to different organs • efavirenz + paracetamol: concurrent use of this medication may increase the risk of liver damage • fenofibrate + paracetamol: fenofibrate may increase the blood levels and effects of acetaminophen when used concurrently • oxazepam + paracetamol: concurrent use of this medication may decrease the metabolism of paracetamol • riociguat + caffeine: concurrent use of this medication may increase the risk of hypotension.
